Asian4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the rules and conditions binding all users who access and use the asian4d platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the asian4d platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with any other applicable policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.

To register and use the asian4d platform, you must:

Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Have never had an account previously closed or suspended by asian4d for terms violations.

Asian4d reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible under the above criteria may be suspended or closed without prior notice.

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. asian4d is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information submitted by the user.

Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balance and bonuses.

Password Security & Account Access

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. asian4d will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the asian4d support team immediately. All activity that occurs under your account prior to us receiving your report remains your sole responsibility.

Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on the asian4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including internet banking, e-wallets, and other methods available on the platform at the time.

Key payment terms:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by asian4d and are subject to change without prior notice. Current limits can be reviewed in your account.
All withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for your original deposit, subject to completed identity verification.
Asian4d reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of ownership of the payment method.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method used and the account's verification status. asian4d is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering, or suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements. Please review the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

Prohibited Use & Account Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the asian4d platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

Prohibited Activities

Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
Any form of fraud, game manipulation, or exploitation of technical bugs.
Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses.
Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.

Account Suspension & Closure

Asian4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

Violation of any terms set out in this document.
Suspected suspicious activity or fraud.
A user's own request to close their account.
Account inactivity beyond the stipulated period.
Orders from relevant legal authorities.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Asian4d is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses from gaming activities, service disruptions due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control, or loss of data. In all cases, asian4d's maximum liability is limited to the account balance available at the time the incident occurred.

Intellectual Property

All content on the asian4d platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface elements, is the exclusive property of asian4d or parties who have licensed it to us. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent from asian4d.

Third-Party Links

The asian4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. asian4d has no control over the content of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of any third-party website is at the user's own risk.

Amendments & Governing Law

Asian4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
